Vehicles are collected with a quarter tank and returned with a full tank . If returned without refueling, we will refuel and bill you on your invoice.

You can pay online using your Visa card, Mastercard or any credit/debit card. We also accept cash payments and online platforms like Mukuru, World Remit, Western Union, Ecocash, Innbucks etc.

Refundable deposit starts from $200. Ts and Cs apply.

Delivery of vehicles is at requested location. Delivery within the city centre is free while out-of-town vehicle delivery will incur an extra cost.

Generally, the mileage cap for the day is 200km. However, we have rates for unlimited mileage and they are available for 5+ Days rentals.
For example, a Nissan X-Trail T32 is $75/Day for limited mileage of 200km and for unlimited mileage it’s $100/Day.

Any other person(s) wishing to drive the vehicle must submit a copy of a valid driver’s license when collecting the vehicle.

Yes you can, provided the car is available.

We have a cancellation policy which states the following
30 Days before rental 0% cancellation fee,
2 weeks before rental 50% cancellation fee
7 days before rental 70% cancellation fee
48 hours before rental 100% cancellation fee

Follow the procedure below if you are involved in an accident:

1. Move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents.

2. Assist all injured parties.

3. Report the accident to the police.

4. Get the contact details of the other party.

5. Contact our customer care desk.

6. Do not negotiate a private settlement on the spot. Private settlements will invalidate the insurance and you will be required to pay the entire cost.

All vehicles are equipped with a tracking system.

Simply produce a valid driver’s license.
